Hello, I'm Lia Scott. I am a Holistic Wellness Coach for Sensitive Creatives, but also a singer songwriter and music artist.

I write from the heart, and wanted to share a bit about the stories behind my original music.

THE STORY BEHIND

Frozen

I wrote this song during a time when I was really tired of feeling stuck in the same place, struggling and overwhelmed by years of emotions I couldn't fully understand.

Writing it was my way of expressing those feelings. My tears fell on the paper as I wrote the song. It wasn't meant to be produced or shared publicly, but sharing it now feels like a way to connect with others who might be going through similar things. You're not alone, I've been there too.

Invincible

A quiet belief in what's possible

Invincible is deeply special to me. It was the very first song I wrote with Mike Schlosser, who helped me refine my songwriting and develop my unique sound. At the time, many things in my life were unstable, but I had a quiet, unshakable belief: one day, I would cross the “invisible line” into a life full of love, happiness, passion and stability.

This song is about holding onto hope, even when things feel impossible. It's about staying connected to that deep trust within, that even though the journey may be tough, it is possible to cross that line.

It Ain't Easy

Finding inner peace and touching the invisible line

I wrote this song the night before my 27th birthday. Every year, I reflect on how far I've come, the challenges I've faced, and where I hope to go. That year, instead of journaling my thoughts, I wrote a song, an anthem about how far I've come and everything I believed was now possible based on all the lessons I learned.

I knew things would start working for me, and while I hadn't fully crossed that invisible line yet, I was touching it. I could feel that I was finally on the verge of stepping into a life that flowed with happiness, peace, and purpose.

Creativity is one of the most beautiful ways we can connect with ourselves and others.

It's about expressing what's inside and letting it bring healing, joy, and connection.
