Cancellations

Please understand that appointment cancellations made with less than 24-hours notice will result in loss of the session.  Exceptions can be made in the event of an emergency.

 

Refunds

Please be aware there are no refunds.  Lia trusts that you have taken advantage of the 1-hour Complimentary Consultation and as result, have a full understanding of her program(s) and services to determine if they are a fit for your needs. 

 

OR alternatively have researched Holistic Wellness Coaching and her program; and by booking a paid session or enrolling in her program(s) that you are ready for this commitment.   

 

Lia limits the number of clients that she works with and is passionate about working with those who are ready for this commitment and big changes in their life.
